Welcome to BarkGPT ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services ("App," "Service").
By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our App.
BarkGPT is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to translate human words into dog-specific bark patterns. The app is designed for entertainment purposes and to enhance communication between you and your dog.
We offer both monthly (€4.99/month) and yearly (€9.99/year) premium subscription plans, both with a 7-day free trial.
Your monthly or annual subscription automatically renews for the same term unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current term. Cancel any time in the App Store at no additional cost; your subscription will then cease at the end of the current term.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
All subscriptions are processed through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
We take your privacy seriously. We do not store any user information, and no account creation is required. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
BarkGPT is intended for entertainment purposes. We cannot guarantee that your pets will respond to or understand the translated bark patterns. The app is not a substitute for professional pet training or veterinary advice.
You agree to use the App responsibly and not to cause harm or distress to animals. You are solely responsible for monitoring your pet's reactions.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or other reasonable means.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
